The following outline the terms for putting your credit card on file with us. Please read these terms caefully. Buyselltrades.com (“Company”) reserves the right to change these terms, as it feels necessary without notice.

If you do not agree to these terms please do not put your credit card on file with us. These terms will explain how your credit card will be used, when it will be charged, and what is done to protect you. Please be aware that we will never ask you to send us your credit card information via email. We may at times ask you to log on to your account and make changes there.

  1. Charges

What charges will be posted to my credit card?

The only time we will ever charge your credit card is for fees owed to us or unless we notify you within 5 business days that we will be charging your credit card and for what reason we will be charging the card. We will send you an email that contains no personal information but your name. This is to protect you.

What will the charge show up as?

All charges that Buyselltrades.com makes to your card will show up as Buyselltrades.com. If you would like to know why a charge was posted to your card you can look in billing in your account profile or contact customer service.

How long do I have to dispute a charge?

All charges are considered valid unless disputed with in 15 days from the post date. This means you have to contact us by email or through live help within 15 days or the charge does remain valid.

  1. What we can do with the card on file

What will we do with the card on file?

The only thing your card will be used for is to pay any fees that you currently owe us. On the first of every month we will charge the card on file what the balance on account is. If the account is at 0.00 or above we will not charge it. You have until the 29 of the month to post any payments before the system automatically takes from the credit card.

What other stuff will be charged to the card?

Unless otherwise notified nothing should be charged to the card. We may if you have a card on file, and you send a check in to pay for it and it bounces take out those fees from the card. You will be notified via email of what we will be taken off and why. Other than that nothing should be taken off the card unless told via email or card.

When will the charges be taken from the card?

All charges are processed on the 1st of the month. Your credit card company should see it 5-6 days there after.

3.      What am I agreeing to by putting my card on file?

If you put your card on file you are agreeing that we have the authority to charge the card for any fees that you have with us and that these charges are legit. This charge will be posted to the account as to why it was posted so if you see a charge on the account that your not sure of please check the account before contacting customer service.

We may also charge fines that are in our terms to this card and you agree that when posted to the account with accurate information that we may charge this to the card. No fines will be imposed until a full investigation has taken place. We believe that before funds are withdrawn we should know both sides of the story. You also agree that if you request your account to be closed we can charge the fees to your card and those will be legit charges. All charges do to auctions will be considered valid unless disputed within 15 days. You have a time allotment to request fees to be credited if the buy does not pay for the item.

4.      If the charge is found to be invalid how will the charge be refunded?

The charge will be refunded back to the card in most cases. There are some cases where it will be posted as a credit. This all depends on the circumstances of the charge. If you see anything your unsure about please contact our customer service department.

5.      Liability

We cannot be held liable for any other fees than our own and are limited to the fee (example if the fee is 0.75 then we are only liable for 0.75). We are not liable for any over limit fees, negative balance fees or any other fees that you incur due to a charge that we make. Our site is secure with the highest level of protection but we cannot guarantee for a fact that your credit card number is completely safe. The encryption makes it virtually impossible for people to gain access to it but it is not 100% safe. If someone somehow does gain access to it we are not liable for any charges that are made to that card. You release all liability from us.
