How Do I sign up

If you are not already a member please register. If your already registered your in the race to get the free $50 dollars. Once registered find an item and click on the place a bid link this will take you to the bid form and you can make a bid there.

How does this work?

Simple, you bid on items on our site and we give you $50 to spend on our Auction Site. Well, don't we all wish it was that simple. When we say bid we mean once you bid on an item this is your bid and you are obligated by the terms of our site to fulfill your obligation to the seller. So if you are bidding on an item just to get in the contest remember this. Any foul play will not be tolerated and will be subject to removal from the site.

How do I win?

Our winners are randomly picked from a list of bidders including people who buy the product now. We start the contest at 12:01 am EST on the first of every month and end it at 12:00 am at the end of the month. If you bid or bought an item in this period of time you will be eligible to receive this $50 Auction Shopping Spree.

What are the odds of winning?

Very good! We usually receive 1000 + Bids per month so you would have a 1 in 1000 chance that's pretty good odds. So don't bid thinking you can't win your wrong your chances are a lot better than playing the lotto!

How Can I increase my odds of winning?

Bid or Buy more! Just like the lottery the more you bid or buy the better the chance, but keep in mind that you will be banned from the site if you are caught falsely bidding or buying. This site is monitored very closely and you will be caught.

What do I get?

You receive $50 Credit that will be posted to your account. Browse our Auction and spend it the way you want. On anything you want.

How will I know who won?

The results will be posted every month. With a link to the persons feedback rate card. So we encourage feedback from both parties. Please check back here next month to see the winner.

Contest Rules:

No purchase is necessary to enter our monthly drawings. Every drawing will begin at 12:01 a.m. EST (that's Ohio) on the first day of every month. The drawings will end at 12:00 midnight EST on the last day of every month. Participation in Buyselltrades.com "Bid To Win" drawings constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules.

Eligibility You must be a current registered member of the Buyselltrades auction site (registration is free!) and at least 18 years of age to enter the drawing. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Ineligibility Non members and suspended members, employees, officers, and directors of Buyselltrades.com, it's parent company TheEquipmentAuction, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, their immediate family and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in Buyselltrades.com monthly drawings. Void where prohibited.

Prize One selected winner per month will receive $50 (of US dollars) in the form of auction credit. The winner will have 60 days to use the credit bidding for items on Buyselltrades.com. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted except at Buyselltrades discretion. The winning prize is nontransferable. All federal, state, provincial, and or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Selecting the winner All eligible entries are assigned a number. Each monthly winner will be determined in a drawing using a random number generator. The odds of winning is determined by the amount of actual entries received for said month, and is currently less than 1 in 1000. Winners will have 10 days from receipt of notification to accept the prize by e-mail. Non-compliance could result in forfeiture of prize, and the selection of an alternate winner. By accepting and using prize, winners agree to the use of his/her first (only) name, member ID, and the city /state from which they live for posting in the Auction Forum on buyselltrades.com.

Conditions By entering the drawing, each participant agrees to these rules as stated on this page, and the decisions of Buyselltrades.com Administration, which will be final. Buyselltrades.com, shall not be held responsible or liable for: (1) Late, lost, delayed, damaged, or undeliverable mail; (2) Telephone, e-mail, software or hardware programs, computer or Internet malfunctions, downtime, or difficulties of any kind; (3) Delayed, incomplete, or failed computer transmissions; (4) And any condition caused by circumstances beyond the control of Buyselltrades.com that may result in the drawing being disrupted or corrupted. Buyselltrades.com in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or stop the drawing at any time if a computer virus, glitch, or other problem compromises the administration, security, or proper operation of the drawing.
